Once a price if agreed upon, we make sure that both parties have 100% clarity on all terms such as price inclusions, payables, 1st list of documents, payment terms, and so on. A clear well planned timeline is also drawn out to ensure a predictable step by step execution of the sale.

The list of documents needed from the property owner can vary from one property to another.  We guide you while you collate all the required documents. Wherever possible, we step in to ensure expedited document retrieval from BBMP and Registrar offices.

If the need for professional legal counsel or taxation advice arises at any stage of the transaction, we connect you to our network of experienced and trustworthy consultants. For example, you may need a review of the Sale agreement and the Sale deed drafts furnished by the buyer. Taxation advice may be needed for saving money by getting correct TDS assessment.

We do significant planning in the days leading up to the Registration day, to ensure it goes on smoothly without hiccups. This includes, but is not limited to, making sure the Demand Draft is ready, final list of original documents has been supplied in advance, and so on.

Pre-Tenancy Work

FEE: Rs. 20,000 + Gst

Need a single point of contact for getting your house up and ready for a new tenant?

Once you approve the scope of work and individual vendor quotations, we co-ordinate and supervise each job to completion. This can include painting, plumbing, carpentry, deep cleaning, electrical, waterproofing, and other such work.

You may choose to have us collaborate with your vendors, or work with those from our network of trusted service providers.

Rental Agreement

FEE: Rs. 5,000 + Gst

Our agreement drafts, perfected over a decade, safeguard your interest a 100%. All mutually agreed upon terms are carefully incorporated right down to the smallest detail. Once approved, printing and signing is carried out for these rental contracts.

Note: Cost of international couriers, if any, is not included in the fee and will be raised as part of the invoice.

Add on service: INVENTORY LISTING

Additional Fee – 5,000 + Gst

A thorough inventory of the property is captured in tabular as well as picture form, for future reference. The list becomes part of the agreement and the pictures are shared with both parties.

Property Management

FEE: Rs. 80,000 + Gst (valid for 12 months)

Available for any properties within a 15km radius of Home Raaga office

The service can be availed for tenanted as well as non-tenanted homes. We act as the single point of contact for the tenant as well as the owner to ensure a clear communication channel, resolution of small day to day issues, and assistance with just about anything under the roof.

Whenever any work is required around the house, we have it inspected and share the best available quote with you. Once approved, we get this work done, and share the original invoices with you.

The purpose of the service is to free the owner from the hassle of managing multiple vendors, getting day to day repairs and maintenance done, resolving tenant related issues, and keeping a check on the property.

Before availing the service, we would be signing a formal contract with you.
