Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month

Responsibilities:
- Digital marketing executive
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
- Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase lead inflow
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
- Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
- Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
- Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
- Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors
- Website Manager
- Word Press installation, configuration, administration, security, and optimization
- Custom Plugin Development and Word Press Theme Customization
- Follow the Code development standards and ensure to write bug free code to meet industry standards
- Work with other developers to design integrations between systems.
- Maintenance and Updating of the Website themes
- Directing or performing Website updates.
- Determining user needs by analyzing technical requirements.
- Troubleshoot website problems
- Monitor website traffic
- Implementing contingency plans in case the website goes down
- HR Manager
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans
- Develop training and development programs
- Assist in performance management processes
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
- Review employee reimbursements and payrolls
