Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month

Probation period: 90 days

Responsibilities:

  1. Digital marketing executive
  • Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
  • Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase lead inflow
  • Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
  • Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
  • Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
  • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
  • Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors
  1. Website Manager
  • Word Press installation, configuration, administration, security, and optimization
  • Custom Plugin Development and Word Press Theme Customization
  • Follow the Code development standards and ensure to write bug free code to meet industry standards
  • Work with other developers to design integrations between systems.
  • Maintenance and Updating of the Website themes
  • Directing or performing Website updates.
  • Determining user needs by analyzing technical requirements.
  • Troubleshoot website problems
  • Monitor website traffic
  • Implementing contingency plans in case the website goes down
  1. HR Manager
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
  • Develop training and development programs
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
  • Review employee reimbursements and payrolls
