Pre-Sales Executive

Looking for a proactive individual with a flair for sales. The individual will be interacting with HNIs and hence should be able to carry himself well in that circle. Should speak good English, have an eye for detail, should be friendly and confident while speaking with people. An individual with a positive attitude and the ability to provide unconditional help is desired.

Responsibility: 

  • Actively reaching out to prospective Home Owners, capturing details of their properties over email, proactively planning visits for the operations team
  • Building trust and long term relationships with home owners via constant communication
  • Coordinating with the operations team in scheduling visits to properties
  • Ensuring clear communication with home owners regarding property details and terms and conditions
  • Occasionally accompany the operation team on property visits to gather field knowledge
  • Occasionally accompany the sales team on client visits to enhance knowledge in field sales
  • Responsible for achieving targets set by the organization.
  • Identify customer needs and provide them options from our real estate products
  • Work with the sales team in identifying  and gathering properties as per customer needs
  • Explore various channels to gather properties
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to understand the kind of properties which are in demand.

Compensation:

  • Fixed: Rs. 2.0 to 3.5 Lakhs Per annum
  • Variable: As per company policies

Candidate prerequisite:

  • Fresher’s /experienced interested in Sales and Pre-Sales
  • Interest in Sales and interacting with people
